What could these white patches accompanied by white dots in the mouth be?
My mom is 46 and she got (for about 3 months) white dots on her cheeks,white creamy patches on her tongue,and a deep pocket like thing,whitish in colour in the area where the lower cheek touches the gum line in the lower jaw..Are these thrush?
It sounds like thrush. You can get medication from your pharmacy without prescription, you could try glycerin I hear that works too.

This type is faked at home by finishing the patch all around, then sewing it with a blind hem stitch, with the long leg of the blindhem stitch just barely catching the edge of the pocket. The bulk of the stitch lies next to
the pocket.
